Privacy Policy
Last updated August 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ClickHQ (“ClickHQ,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Account information you provide when you register — your name, email address, and authentication details. If you sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google or Discord), we receive basic profile information from that provider.
Content you create, such as short links, QR codes, and bio pages, along with their settings.
Usage and analytics data generated when links, QR codes, or bio pages are visited — including timestamps and coarse, aggregated signals used to produce click analytics. We also collect standard log data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the Service.
Payment information is handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers.
How we use information
To provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to produce your analytics; to communicate with you about your account and support requests; to process payments; and to protect against abuse, fraud, and security threats.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), and where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which removes your account and associated data.
Your choices
You can access, update, or delete your account information from your dashboard settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data; contact us to exercise them.
