These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ClickHQ's website and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute links, QR codes, or pages that are unlawful, deceptive, malicious, infringing, or that facilitate spam, phishing, malware, or abuse. We may disable links or accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or its users at risk.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the rights necessary to host and operate that content as part of providing the Service. You are responsible for the destinations your links point to and the content on your bio pages.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard; changes take effect according to your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties, and we may modify or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, ClickHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
